Love love my school is down the street. Be We got a 24 hour gym and I like that our apartment has a patio facing Walmart & other stores . We have a nice 3 bedroom 2 bathroom perfect nice interior. Itâs quite around here if people have small children you wouldnât even know. Best part is they have a washer and dryer inside. Office managers are nice much respect

Moved here heer in 2022/23 & happy that I did. The schools, DR offices , & shopping centers are all in one place walking distance only 5 minutes away. The apartments are exactly what Iâve been needing for my little family, everyone keeps to themselves and the office managers are cool they even give events for holidays. & I donât have to worry about anything coming up missing when I order from Amazon if Iâm away lol. And trust me Iâve been in a lot of apartments and copper falls is the place to be especially if you have teens. I feel safer than most places Iâve been and very satisfied. Been here about 3 years coming from a tragic situation. Living here has been a blessing for me and my teens. The dentist, Dr office and high school is all in walking distance. Not having a car is no problem in this neighborhood. The apartments are peaceful my neighbors keep to themselves. The apartment managers are always understanding and friendly. They even give little events sometimes. For thanksgiving they served dinner for all the residents (first time I went to one ) very welcoming. For now this is home!

Weâve lived at Copper Falls Apartments for the past three years and have had a great experience. The community has always felt clean and safe, which is very important to us. Kristal has been amazing and incredibly helpful with anything weâve needed. Sheâs always friendly, responsive, and willing to help, which really makes a difference. We truly appreciate the positive environment here and the support from the staff.

I canât believe how amazing this place is! I canât believe they donât have like a five-year waiting list to live here! Everyone that works here is so fantastic. The manager Kristal is absolutely unbelievable. She makes this place and sets such a positive and fun tone for the whole property!
