Today I visited the complex and I absolutely fell in love the pool the apartment and the community just all aligned with everything I was looking for! Samantha and Nallely are two patient workers because lord I was nervous applying from the excitement and they just kept assuring me of all my worries.. they got right to working on my application and explained everything so clearly and straight forward love this place more then all other 20 apartments I seen waiting on my application fingers crossed !!!!

I got the chance of meeting Nayeli today and she was by far the most professional young lady. She gave us a walk through of the complex and was very knowledgeable!!! I felt very welcomed and she explained the leasing process and answered any questions I had regarding availability .I had initially left and came back because I decided to go ahead and apply in house I was met by Samantha the leasing agent who was available at the time. She made the process so easy and enjoyable. The complex is well maintained and absolutely stunning and the staff match â¤ï¸

This place is a complete joke. They nickel-and-dime residents with fees and have some of the worst communication I've ever experienced. We submitted multiple maintenance requests and repeatedly asked to be called before maintenance arrived, but that almost never happened. Don't tell residents you're going to do something if you have no intention of following through. The worst experience was when our A/C broke in the middle of summer. We called emergency maintenance, and they assured us someone would be there immediately. My roommate and I stayed up until 9:00 PM waiting for an update. No one ever answered the phone after that, and no one ever showed up. Our house stayed at 80 degrees all night, and it was absolutely miserable. Another issue was with package security. A package of mine was left on the floor of the mailroom and was stolen. When I asked the office if they could review the security footage, I was told the cameras weren't working. That's incredibly disappointing for a gated apartment community. There were several other urgent maintenance issues that took far too long to resolve. I constantly had to follow up just to get basic communication about when maintenance would be coming. Then came move-out. We were charged over $500 in move-out fees, which my roommate and I had to split. There was no reminder or communication about these charges beforehand. Charging residents hundreds of dollars for carpet cleaning and painting walls that had little to no damage feels excessive and unfair. Management also had a habit of sending emails less than 24 hours before patio inspections. If you happened to have something as simple as a box on your porch, you were threatened with a $100 fine. I even received a notice on my door. When I called the front office, Samantha told me the owners were coming into town, so they were making everyone clean up their patios and fixing things around the property because they wanted everything to look good for the owners. That gave the impression that management only addressed issues when ownership was visiting rather than maintaining the property consistently. Overall, this apartment community is poorly managed, communication is extremely lacking, and residents are treated like an afterthought until it's time to collect another fee. I would not recommend living here.

Extremely satisfied with the service in the office. Samantha & Kristal always go above and beyond wherever it is needed. They make living here feel amazing!

Let me just say everything about this place is amazing! They fix things when they need to be fixed, keep it clean, quiet. Crystal & Samantha are amazing & helpful,understanding & polite! They will help you all you have to do is ask! I love my apartment

Gated community but gate is always broken and takes days to get fixed. Dog park is okay but they advertise that they have a dog wash area but itâs always locked and never available for use. The older maintenance man is amazing and fixes things asap but the others are very rude. As far as management, they arenât the best. When Jordan worked there, I would only go to her with my concerns or help. Since she left, the rest of the ladies donât seem to be too friendly. The overall complex isnât kept clean. Thereâs trash and stains everywhere and itâs only power washed like once a year. Mail service is okay. Common areas are okay. The onsite gym is actually better than average. Overall experience is about a 4/10. I donât have any issues with the actual apartment, itâs just when you walk outside of your door. Also, forgot to add that whatever price is quoted to you, please add 300-400 to that. And the parking here is TRASH. You might not even get an assigned spot near your apartment. They also will do anything to try to keep your security deposit.
