Yes it's a luxurious apartment I've had damage to my front door and a structure since I first moved in here and as of now I've only been here going on 3 months and they have not taken care of it so I pretty much stop reporting it secondly and most importantly they are not flexible at all with their monthly rent payments they claim and if you don't attempt to make the payments within the first 5 days of the month they will threaten you what's their attorneys and cancel your contract I've had this happen to me every month I've been here so far and I feel like I'm being threatened with divorce papers or by a loan shark I only say this to save yourself the harassment of these people and as I write this they have called me seven times repeatedly while I'm in the middle of something which is highly inappropriate and I don't feel like talking to them anymore

Samantha, the assistant manager has been amazing!!! . She sure was responsible, professional, and she made sure everything ran smoothly and explain everything with details. Any concerns you might have sheâs quick to addressed. Samantha communicates clearly and respectfully. She definitely knows what sheâs doing!! I also notice that she genuinely cares about the residents. While she walked me through the apartments some residents approached her and she was quick to answer and made things easy for them. I really enjoy how comfortable and save she made me feel. I canât wait to be a part of this beautiful community.
