Love love my school is down the street. Be We got a 24 hour gym and I like that our apartment has a patio facing Walmart & other stores . We have a nice 3 bedroom 2 bathroom perfect nice interior. It’s quite around here if people have small children you wouldn’t even know. Best part is they have a washer and dryer inside. Office managers are nice much respect

Moved here heer in 2022/23 & happy that I did. The schools, DR offices , & shopping centers are all in one place walking distance only 5 minutes away. The apartments are exactly what I’ve been needing for my little family, everyone keeps to themselves and the office managers are cool they even give events for holidays. & I don’t have to worry about anything coming up missing when I order from Amazon if I’m away lol. And trust me I’ve been in a lot of apartments and copper falls is the place to be especially if you have teens. I feel safer than most places I’ve been and very satisfied. Been here about 3 years coming from a tragic situation. Living here has been a blessing for me and my teens. The dentist, Dr office and high school is all in walking distance. Not having a car is no problem in this neighborhood. The apartments are peaceful my neighbors keep to themselves. The apartment managers are always understanding and friendly. They even give little events sometimes. For thanksgiving they served dinner for all the residents (first time I went to one ) very welcoming. For now this is home!

I have to say for my first apartment experience this has been by far the best. I have had no issues what’s so ever with this place or any amenities. Shout out to the awesome staff, without a doubt always make us feel welcomed. My girls in the office are amazing if anything is needed they are there in a heart beat to help. Let’s not forget about the maintenance staff, they are the best oh so kind. This place is always clean, very calm environment. Definitely worth it! Haven’t had a reason to leave which is why I keep renewing. You can rent anywhere but who runs the show at your complex to me is important and I truly believe you’d love this place as much as I do. Great first apartment, it’s affordable rent with a great dog play area, pool and gym. The lady’s running the complex are great and helpful with always answering any questions we may have. The corporate office of Copper Falls does slack on getting things done in a timely manner when fixing and keeping the amenities updated, but I also want to make clear that the staff and lady’s in the front office are really nice and helpful. They answer any questions we have and give timely updates when they get the requested information they need.

Been here for a few months very clean and feel safe here. But I keep getting complaints that arguing is going on in my apartment lol I have teens but they don’t argue and I myself can hear loud noises after midnight sometimes I never hear arguing. My first day in the apartment I was awaken by a cop, asking me if I hear anyone screaming and today I got a notice on my door I really appreciate the management trying to make the place peaceful. I myself want to know what’s really going on other than that I love it here.

Been in my apartment 9 months very nice but from the first day I moved here the cops came to my apartment thinking someone was fighting me and my kids were clueless cause we were laying down. They asked me if I heard someone screaming I did not. But today is 1-05-24 I had a notice on my door saying someone has been arguing and fighting I went to office knowing they're just doing their job but they got the wrong person. I'm hearing the same things like someone is wrestling and knocking things over at night even am hour while it's dark. Whatever is going on hopefully it ends cause this is crazy. Other than that the apartments are great. Have to record and call the cops if I hear it again might be someone really needing help

I moved in since December. While moving in there was some things that needed to be fixed. However the office got maintenance over quickly. Love how they have trash vallet and I love the dog park even though some owners do not clean up after their pets. Staff is very friendly. Overall so far good place to live.

My wife and I moved in a bout a year ago. We’ve Had an overall good experience. Communication with front desk, maintenance and other services are daily accessible. One thing I wish was better was communication on broken things in common areas. This will help residents be aware of what is breaking and how we can care for it communally. Overall, we are confortable here, the cost of rent is in par with market. Also, can we get food truck Thursday’s back?

I've been here a year and four months. With any place there are ups and downs. The dog park was nice but now constantly has dog poop everywhere. I enjoy the gym and pool. Rhe horn is awesome. Thoufh sometimes it can be dirty. Recently they have had lemonade vendors come out and that was great. Due to these times I wish more vendors came out, but I totally get it. I love how big my place is and how nice the kitchen is. I spend so much time in there. I know the prices were evaluated this year but yoy will find that anywhere you go. I've had good encounters with office management.

Moved in end of December 2021 and have to say u wasn’t sold at first but after living here for a little over a month we have settled into the area. Staff is always nice and has an answer to any questions or concerns. The location is great if you want to get on the 101 quick. A little loud and bright for me but nothing that can be done about that. Workout facility could be a little cleaner along with the pool area, the kids around here seem to really throw there trash anywhere.

The coppers falls staff is extremely nice and will go out of there way to assist you in whatever need you have. Apartment homes are spacious and comfortable. Close to nearby shops and restaurants. The Layouts of the apartments are more spacious than any other place we have seen. Highly recommended to any person wanting to move into this community. I Had a wonderful experience with the front office staff. Jordan is a Gem and really helped me a lot in my time of need. She is a true professional. She gave me a tour and was very Knowledgeable of the property and got me in my apartment in 1 week after applying ! My apartment was ready, Clean, and available right away. This has been my first time living in apartments and I must say my expectations were exceeded! It’s so nice here from the pool to the gym and the dog park, this has been a great experience! The only thing I must say I struggled with was the parking and the noise of the neighbors above and around me.. I wish the walls were a little more “noise cancelling”. Other than that, the staff is friendly and very helpful! It’s going to be hard getting used to another place after living in such a lux apartment with modern touches!

I have lived at Copper Falls for about half a year now and I quite enjoy it, there is plenty of people walking around at any given point and it makes it feel lively, I see multiple people complain about noise, but I haven't heard much of that at all, the apartment its self is very clean and new looking and feeling and is very nice overall, the staff from the old to the new were and are both very welcoming and nice. A lot of the reviews put in recently seem to be one person with multiple account reviewing the same things and saying its a scam, but looking at that and knowing my experience here I really have no idea what they are saying and enjoy my apartment very much. Thank you Copper falls for being an amazing place to live and having very friendly staff!

Amazing complex me and my gf have lived here over 2 months and haven’t had a problem. Staff is very friendly and professional and funny. No car noises after dark. I don’t know what everyone else is getting from lol. Maybe they have super hearing or something xD Lovely pool with an amazing hot tub with a fire place next to it! And it’s luxury for sure so if you can’t afford and read the lease agreement you shouldn’t be complaining in my opinion because it’s 25$ so if you think that’s a lot you obviously shouldn’t live here.

I am so sad to leave, these are by far the nicest apartments I’ve seen in awhile, I’m so Glad I stood here, I highly recommend living here, the entire staff is very Professional.
