I’ve had an amazing experience living at this luxury apartment complex. The design is modern and elegant, the amenities are top-notch (especially the pool and fitness center), and the crystal and staff is always friendly and responsive. It’s peaceful, secure, and feels like a true home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfortable living! Thank

I moved into copper falls May 6th of 2024, and am soooo glad my lease is coming to an end. DO NOT MOVE HERE. 6 days into my lease, I took my children and 3 other children to the pool to enjoy the day where there were others in the pool, one gate was locked but others were open and other tenants guided me how to get in. (Mind you that gate stayed locked majority of the summer) When one of the leading staff came into the pool area, she came to my family as we were just learning the facility and started talking rudely and unprofessional which led me to talking rudely and unprofessional. I then sent a very professional letter out to there management team who showed up to my door the next day unapologetic, rude, and catty. Once this “manager” walked away she stated to another worker “that’s why she got kicked out her last place” mind you I was there 6 years, I left due to violence in the area that was not safe for my children and the rent there was still paid. I then got a letter stating I wasn’t allowed in the leasing office the remainder of my lease that I just started 6 days prior. After that, I had installed a camera that caught this office staff that felt so threatened by my 100lb self walking by flipping my door off, and other such things in which I don’t understand if we’re so threatened. They have charged me $25 for a trash fee, for people that don’t throw your trash. Mind you it’s your job to tell them when they don’t do something like give you a trash can that’s required for that service. Also, moving in I was REFERRED, and that person that referred me was supposed to receive a $500 referral bonus, but did she? No she didn’t. Instead she was told she wouldn’t because I’m late on my rent (never, not once have I.) and that I’m no longer allowed in the leasing office. Sharing personal information toward your tenants wether it’s true or false is unjustly. If you go through these reviews you’ll see crystal and her staff are nothing but miserable bullies making it hard for people just trying to live. Your providing homes, not a burger from McDonald’s. Do better. No response is needed, because we all know what comes from here. Almost out of here, and then hopefully you all don’t treat the next tenants as such.

I just came along with my friend to get his keys for the apartment. And the property is amazing, so beautiful, so clean. And Jordan in the office did an amazing job, was so friendly and informative!

Great first apartment, it’s affordable rent with a great dog play area, pool and gym. The lady’s running the complex are great and helpful with always answering any questions we may have. The corporate office of Copper Falls does slack on getting things done in a timely manner when fixing and keeping the amenities updated, but I also want to make clear that the staff and lady’s in the front office are really nice and helpful. They answer any questions we have and give timely updates when they get the requested information they need.

Let me just say if you want a calm and peaceful place for you and your family copper falls is the place to be. Kristal is such a sweet heart and has a great personality i highly recommend this apartment complex.

Parking is a nightmare. If you don’t get home before 9pm, good luck finding any parking anywhere. Period. My car was towed without notice because I was parked in an apparent “EV only” space. And it was literally the only parking space available. There was no sign posted in the spot like the one next to it, only a small 3 inch by 6 inch sticker hidden behind the EV charging cords. The front office blatantly did not care, spoke to me with very little respect, and STILL has not put up a EV parking sign in that spot. I’m out $180 for a towing fee because Copper Falls neglects their own responsibilities. If you can’t get to a parking space before everybody else you are guaranteed to be towed, so I’m sorry for everybody who gets home late.

Nightmare @ Copper Falls DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU ENJOY YOUR PEACE. Apartments themselves are in great shape, maintenance couldn’t be bothered with. Just hope your ac doesn’t cut off on the weekend because then you’re waiting until Monday. Office staff is verbally abusive and are not scared to harass you. Yes Krystal & Jordan Im talking about you. Not only have these 2 made me question my safety, comfort and stability of MY lease they love to hang around my apartment on their off time and flip the bird. Enjoy luxurious amenities at the cost of your peace.
