Jordan (the assistant manager) was supposed to send me my move-out sheet in case I had a balance. She NEVER sent it. Two weeks later, I had to go to the office, and, surprise, I had a balance between that and the carpet cleaning. I paid for that out of my own pocket, and she didn't want to respect it. On April 18th, I went directly to Cristal (manager). She told me she would submit a refund request and told me to come back in three weeks to pick up my check. I came back and she had nothing, she hadn't even started my refund request. She never answers my emails, always makes excuses, and always acts like she doesn't know what's going on. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
