Great apartment complex, the manager there is very understanding and helpful when it comes to questions and comments and her team is also very helpful and understanding when it comes to new residents.

We recently rented out the clubhouse at Copper Falls Apartments for a private event, and it was such a great experience! Kristal is always very nice and accommodating—she made the whole process seamless and explained everything in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. The clubhouse itself was spotless and well taken care of, and Kristal was available if we needed anything at all. The entire staff here is always so friendly and helpful, which really makes a difference. Overall, this is a very nice apartment complex, and I would highly recommend living here!

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience living at this apartment complex. Management clearly doesn’t care about the residents' concerns. The pool is always closed, with no updates or clear explanations as to why. It’s frustrating, especially during hot days when we could really use it. Additionally, the entire complex is filthy. Common areas are neglected, trash is often left lying around, and it feels like no one is responsible for maintaining basic cleanliness standards. It’s unacceptable for the rent we’re paying. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and clean living environment.

Over priced apartments. And it's not even that nice or well maintained. The fact that I "have to" have white trash bags to have my trash picked up and you can't opt out of being charged for a trash pick up service. And then the "gym" just is used as a jungle gym for people's kids. Not worth the price this dump is.

A Masterclass in Scammy Slumlordship Ah, where do I even begin? Living at copper falls apartments has been an experience—the kind that makes you question every life choice that led you here. If you’ve ever wanted to pay five-star hotel prices for a one-star, glorified shoebox with a side of frustration, you’ve found the right place! Maintenance? More Like an Urban Myth I’m convinced the maintenance team here was trained by watching YouTube tutorials on 2x speed—if they show up at all. Leaking sink? They’ll “fix” it by leaving a note that says, “We’ll get to it soon” (spoiler: they won’t). AC broken in the middle of summer? Don’t worry, they’ll swing by in December to jiggle the thermostat and call it a day. And if your toilet floods? Just consider it an indoor pool—luxury living, right? Rent: The Hidden Fees Edition Think you’re paying $1,200 a month? Oh, you sweet summer child. After mysterious charges like “Admin Fee,” “Community Fee,” “Trash Valet (even though you take out your own damn trash),” and my personal favorite—“Processing Fee” (for… paying rent?)—you’ll be shelling out enough to finance a small yacht. And don’t even get me started on the random balance changes in the portal that nobody in the office can explain. The Office Staff: A Live Comedy Show Need help from the front office? Good luck! The leasing agents have the customer service skills of a DMV worker who just got dumped. Ask a simple question, and they’ll look at you like you just requested a kidney transplant. Every time I go in there, it’s a new episode of Clueless: The Property Management Edition. They’ll confidently give you information that is 100% incorrect and then get mad when you follow up about it later. Final Thoughts: Run, Don’t Walk (Away) If you’re into overpriced rent, incompetent management, and DIY home repairs because maintenance is MIA, this is the place for you! But if you value sanity, dignity, and a functioning toilet, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Would I recommend this place? Only to my worst enemy.
