I just moved in about a month ago and leasing agent Samantha has been great! She very informative and has been very helpful when needed. Thankful to have such friendly office staff.

The tour to this place was amazing! Samantha gave me a tour and she was very detailed about everything included. She answered all my questions without hesitation and made me feel comfortable at all times. I love this place it includes everything Iâm looking for!!

I have to say for my first apartment experience this has been by far the best. I have had no issues whatâs so ever with this place or any amenities. Shout out to the awesome staff, without a doubt always make us feel welcomed. My girls in the office are amazing if anything is needed they are there in a heart beat to help. Letâs not forget about the maintenance staff, they are the best oh so kind. This place is always clean, very calm environment. Definitely worth it! Havenât had a reason to leave which is why I keep renewing. You can rent anywhere but who runs the show at your complex to me is important and I truly believe youâd love this place as much as I do. If youâre thinking of a place to call home call Copper falls. Krystal and Samantha will take good care of you!

I loved loved loved living here. The office staff was wonderful. Any time I had an issue it was handled in a timely manner. Kristal is a great property manager and always was on top of everything. If I'm ever looking to move back into an apartment Copper Falls would be my first choice and Kristal would be the person I would look for.
