In all honesty the apartments itself are great including the amenities my only complaint is the communication timelines when it comes to handling serious situations. My car was stolen right in front of my building and when I spoke to the office about it I was told that they had no awareness of the incident and if I wanted to see the cameras (which doesnât work) Iâll have to file a police report. I filed the report and the officer went into the office asking for the footage. The lady in the office told them they did clean up glass from where my car was parked earlier that morning but did not inform me. The office also stated that this is her 2nd call of the week coming to the apartment due to another car theft. I believe if Iâm paying over 2k a month I could get some kind of answer with why my car is gone in a spot I thought it was safe. I also sent out an email and did not get a response in regards to compensation in some sort of having to pay for a rental, missed time from work as well as when my vehicle was recovered I had to pay $600 from the tow yard to retrieve it. I will continue to reach out to corporate to get a response because I truly think itâs unjust. Especially when the community receives so much communication in regard to the food trucks that will be in the community but there is no communication in regards to thefts in the community.

Samantha in the front office was amazing. My family and I took a tour on Saturday, and she greeted us with a positive attitude and huge smile. We felt extremely welcomed the whole tour, definitely recommend!

Kristal was extremely helpful when we went in to inquire about the clubhouse rental. She gave us a tour and made us feel very welcome. Clubhouse is well kept and very clean. Kristal and her staff made our event a night we will never forget. Forever gratefully.

Literally the worst living experience i have ever had. The manager and her little shadow sam have no idea what they are doing. Can't keep track of anything. The pool was broke for 5 out of the 6 months I have there. Property is disgusting. Security is nonexistent. They canceled the security contract without telling the residents so you cant call anyone. Gates are always open. Sketchy people walking through all hours of the night and people blasting music. First week into living there I had 10 sketchy people outside my balcony with cases of beer and blasting music in the parking lot till 4 am. The price for the place is terrible they will try to blame and scam you for everything. Threatened me to put my account in collections after I moved out when they failed to keep track of the auto payment. Negligence on them all day. Never ever live here. Do everything you can to avoid this place.
