Called the leasing office to put in a complaint about a domestic violence situation and was told because I do not live there it doesnât count. I was over at my friends apartment and heard her upstairs neighbor fighting the cops came and tried to arrest to whoever was upstairs but they didnât come out. This place is ghetto! My friend canât wait till the lease is over.

Nice place but street and neighbor noise is terrible. 8 to 11 at night is street noise and midnight to 5am is neighbor noise. So beware. Lesson learned

Noisy place from the neighbors and street. Nice amenities and staff. I am a essential worker on call at the hospital so it's difficult to rest. I ask to be moved to another apartment but had to pay a 500.00 transfer fee, only in the place for a few days. Communication is not great. Lesson learned.

Perfect ðð½ best amenities in AZ by far!! Swimming pool and real actual Gym. No way you can find such a great complex.
