Samantha and Crystal were very helpful gave excellent customer service answered all my questions and concerns. Property is absolutely stunning. What a gorgeous pool And Jacuzzi. I must admit the gym is my absolute favorite. I’ll definitely be canceling my membership.

In all honesty the apartments itself are great including the amenities my only complaint is the communication timelines when it comes to handling serious situations. My car was stolen right in front of my building and when I spoke to the office about it I was told that they had no awareness of the incident and if I wanted to see the cameras (which doesn’t work) I’ll have to file a police report. I filed the report and the officer went into the office asking for the footage. The lady in the office told them they did clean up glass from where my car was parked earlier that morning but did not inform me. The office also stated that this is her 2nd call of the week coming to the apartment due to another car theft. I believe if I’m paying over 2k a month I could get some kind of answer with why my car is gone in a spot I thought it was safe. I also sent out an email and did not get a response in regards to compensation in some sort of having to pay for a rental, missed time from work as well as when my vehicle was recovered I had to pay $600 from the tow yard to retrieve it. I will continue to reach out to corporate to get a response because I truly think it’s unjust. Especially when the community receives so much communication in regard to the food trucks that will be in the community but there is no communication in regards to thefts in the community. UPDATE: I have only received one response since the incident has occurred and also have been aware there has been at least 5 car thefts in the community since I found out about mine. I would like if the community is being presented awareness about the unfortunate events so they can prepare themselves and their belongings.
