Amazing complex me and my gf have lived here over 2 months and havenât had a problem. Staff is very friendly and professional and funny. No car noises after dark. I donât know what everyone else is getting from lol. Maybe they have super hearing or something xD Lovely pool with an amazing hot tub with a fire place next to it! And itâs luxury for sure so if you canât afford and read the lease agreement you shouldnât be complaining in my opinion because itâs 25$ so if you think thatâs a lot you obviously shouldnât live here.

Copper falls exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked through the central courtyard. I knew it was going to be worth it. Itâs got a friendly community vibe and donât get me started on the pool area. Itâs so great to relax in after a long day at work or from the AZ heat. Management is also extremely helpful! Everything is in great quality and I have yet to have any issues with the appliances at my apartment at all. They definitely deserve a positive review and a BIG thanks for making this place the best!

I've lived on this property for a few months now and it is amazing the staff is always so helpful! I love the dog park and the kids playground its kid friendly and feels very safe with everything being gated off. I live on the first floor and I don't ever have a problem with hearing anyone above me and the valet trash is great.

From the outside this apartment complex seemed amazing, staff was courteous, the complex was clean and the units were incredibly nice. That was all pre-lease though. Once you end up picking an apartment and excitedly move in is when you realize you messed up. Parking at this complex is absolutely absurd, most nights if you get home late youâll be lucky to find a spot. You are able to get one covered spot for $25 a month but if you have two cars then good luck. The noise levels from other tenants and the street are incredibly loud. Itâs common to either hear someone blasting music at 2AM on a Monday or have cars racing down the road and through the apartment complex. Any issues that you bring up to the leasing office are typically not resolved and you are pretty much told to get used to it for your leasing term. The apartment complex is loved by the local PD as well, itâs normal to expect to see the cops when you drive in the apartment each week. There are gates to get in and out of the complex but donât worry they either wonât work properly or your car will just be broken into anyways. Itâs pretty luxurious being able to hear a nonstop race track, borderline domestic assault cases and even have the convenience of having your car cleaned out by some stranger. It gets a little better though! You are charged a reoccurring monthly charge of $49 for the amenities but you are also charged for the lighting, gas and water usage of those common areas as well. You also get to pay $25 for their parcel box drop off but donât worry youâll never have to walk over there to get your packages since itâs not used. Rent for a 1 bedroom cost about $1500 a month not including utilities. If all of that sounds enticing then you should definitely lease here! If you would like to enjoy not carelessly throwing your money down the drain each month and would rather enjoy living and being happy in your little home then I would steer clear from here.

Iâve been living here for a little while now and let me say this , Copper Falls is an amazing place to live . Sometimes the car wash noise can be a little loud but the place I live and the way it looks is worth it . Iâve lived in worse apartments but by far Copper Fall has a great staff who truly are there to help and make life easier especially through a tough pandemic . I would recommend this place to anyone . It has wonderful staff , has amazing amenities , and has a peaceful environment ððâ
