The coppers falls staff is extremely nice and will go out of there way to assist you in whatever need you have. Apartment homes are spacious and comfortable. Close to nearby shops and restaurants. The Layouts of the apartments are more spacious than any other place we have seen. Highly recommended to any person wanting to move into this community. Shoutout to Jordan and Krystal for always being there in a professional and friendly manner with a great attitude.

Coming into these apartments I met Jordan the front desk lady she is very professional and helpful with anything she is a person I will always come back to and she is very understanding with everything as my experience here I love these apartments and having an amazing front desk lady that is always helpful and fast at my needs and has great manners.

Terribly unprofessional. The people in the leasing office have no idea what they're doing. All these positive reviews are from people who lived there for 2 weeks.

When we started PB Bell owned the property and security deposits were $600. AMC owns the property now and security deposits are $300. To make up the difference theyâve applied bogus charges on move-out such as Covid cleaning and âdustâ. They even said in the email it was in awesome condition but they screwed me out of $300. Iâve contacted the office trying to get the corporate number 3 times but they wonât hand that out. Also attached is one of the many threatening emails they send residents, they donât even bother to spell check them. Do not live here.

I haven't lived there, but just by looking at their ridiculously absurd prices, anyone should steer clear of them, and similar places that are ran by greedy landlords. $1900 for a 2B2B? Wow! They're not even in Scottsdale. They're across from a Walmart! Pathetic!
