It seemed great at first but they have terrible management. We were given a parking spot on the opposite side of our apartment complex. Which makes no sense and we were told parking is first come first serve instead of a working parking system being set in place for each building. AMC now manages and I have reached out to the leasing office multiple times about the parking issue bc we are not the only ones parking far away from where we live. Two spot became vacant and were sold to new tenants and I am extremely frustrated because I was following up on the matter often. We also have roach and spider issues often and we do not stay on the first floor. It’s definitely not worth it I cannot wait until my lease is up! There were also hidden fees that caught me off guard. Also valet trash only takes ONE BAG so if you lease a 2 or 3 bedroom I feel bad bc you get charged $45 and can only put ONE tiny bag out. And you CANNOT opt out…. Editing this bc I have been out of power for 4 DAYS and It just keeps “slipping their mind” (words from their maintenance team)

My family and I moved into Copperfalls in September 2020. We signed a 9 month lease and we’re excited to move into a brand new apartment. We didn’t have too many troubles with the old management company PB Bell. That is one reason we moved there is because of how they managed other complexes. We had smoking neighbors that would smoke inside despite the rules of only smoking outside, and their smoke would come into our closet and make our clothes smell and stink up our whole house. We told the old management company and they took care of the problem and evicted them after multiple complaints. They were responsive and kept the grounds so clean and everything looked nice. Now fast forward to when the new management took over and things went downhill within a day. That is not a lie. Trash EVERYWHERE. Pool turned a weird green color. Their excuse was “the maintenance hasn’t been trained yet” it still wasn’t clean after 3 weeks of them taking over. Rent online portal not set up on time. Not responsive. It was insane how quickly this went down hill. We could not get out there fast enough. Now, people should pick up after themselves so it’s not 100% the managements fault, but the previous one could keep it looking decent. We had our car broken into, and had to call the cops on fighting neighbors. That may not be apartments fault but also speaks a lot of the caliber of people that are coming to this place. Oh and be prepared to smell marijuana everywhere you walk and inside your apartment will be a weed hot box every weekend. It may look nice but this new management is terrible!! I waited to write this review until after I received our deposit. It took 2 and 1/2 months after move out to get this back. So ridiculous. Do not move here.

The manager messed up the whole move in process and left me and my 6 month baby homeless ONE day before move in day when my u-haul truck was all packed up with my stuff to move in. She had told me I am approved, confirmed my move in date & collected my deposit.. just to call me the day before to inform me I can’t move in. Why did she tell me I was approved? And confirm move in date to collect deposit? So sad that the managers are very unprofessional.. if they were professional and honest from the beginning, me and my baby wouldn’t be homeless right now.

I Had a wonderful experience with the front office staff. Jordan is a Gem and really helped me a lot in my time of need. She is a true professional. She gave me a tour and was very Knowledgeable of the property and got me in my apartment in 1 week after applying ! My apartment was ready, Clean, and available right away. I truly appreciate the front office staff and all those that helped me get into my unit right away. The front Staff was amazing. The apartment complex amenities are great! Clean, Quiet, and peaceful. I definitely feel at home here.
