When we started PB Bell owned the property and security deposits were $600. AMC owns the property now and security deposits are $300. To make up the difference theyâve applied bogus charges on move-out such as Covid cleaning and âdustâ. They even said in the email it was in awesome condition but they screwed me out of $300. Iâve contacted the office trying to get the corporate number 3 times but they wonât hand that out. Also attached is one of the many threatening emails they send residents, they donât even bother to spell check them. Do not live here.

I haven't lived there, but just by looking at their ridiculously absurd prices, anyone should steer clear of them, and similar places that are ran by greedy landlords. $1900 for a 2B2B? Wow! They're not even in Scottsdale. They're across from a Walmart! Pathetic!

When moving to the Copper Falls Apartments and looking at neighboring locations to see where I wanted to move to, I had met Jordan and from my apartment tour to calling Copper Falls my home these past few months, Jordan has shown what it’s like to show compassion as to caring about those that live here and has gone above and beyond in making sure that this place I call home is ran to standard. I have been living here a few months and absolutely love this apartment community! I get complements every time I have visitors on how sparkling the pool is & how well kept the grounds are! The property manager Krystal is truly the nicest person ever, always extremely helpful and informative!! We truly love every amenity Copper Falls has to offer especially the dog park & 24 hour gym.

I went to the apt 1 month ago. The 1st time I went they said the single 1 bedroom with garage would be $1537. I then called to check on the apt. and I was advised the apt 2064 would $1800. I advised the lady that wasn't the quote and it's out of my price range. By now I had put the $271.00 down to hold the apt. Then she said we have a 1 bedroom at 1437.00 I said okay . Well the 3rd time I stopped by the office to follow up my move in date so, now I'm sitting in front of the lady and she said the rent for the 1 bedroom would be 1537.00 and after all the the Additional cost the apt would be a little over $1600.00 so I cancelled. She then said I wouldn't be getting my holding fee of 271.00 . I only had 24 hrs to change my mind. I talked to some resident there and they said the office ladies were not pleasant to deal with. I get it now they lie.Poor communication

I absolutely love this apartment complex ! The staff and management is amazing ! The pool and gym are my favorite amenities being that theyâre both beautiful to the eye and always kept up to par. Definitely 10 out of 10 rating !!

Currently looking for a 3 bedroom asap-none available at this time however this property is beautiful. I loved the pool space and large gym area. Tara and Krystal were so informative-thank you so much ladies! I will be keeping an eye on your current available units.
