Kristal and Jordan go above and beyond what is required. Never without a friendly smile and good morning. Very knowledgeable and proficient and always happy to help with anything I ask of them. I absolutely love living here and they make it all the better.

I love living here! Beautiful and spacious apartments. Quite and clean area with all the amenities included. Jordan and Kristal are super professional, friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!! #copperfallsliving

DONT MOVE HERE. management is completely unprofessional and the manager Crystal has a disgusting attitude that makes it extremely regrettable to move here. this is my first apartment and the experience has been terrible. My toilet has been broken since April and it is now June. Now I am being told I canât flush toilet paper down the toilet I have to dispose of it and a separate bucket, which is completely disgusting. and unacceptable for the price Iâm paying for this apartment.

Since move in I have had the best experience working with the front office staff. Kristal and Jordan are always so plesant when I go into the office and always work hard to make sure to answer all my questions and meet my needs since I have moved in.

By far the worst place Iâve ever rented from, the first month there, my husbands work truck was broken into, no security in sight and the gates are ALWAYS broken! They charge for EVERYTHING, I almost never got an answer from the office; even after being moved out for a couple months now I have yet to receive any deposit back, and itâs literally been going on 4 months. THEY CHARGE FOR EVERY LITTLE THING AS WELL to give you back the least of your deposit. And you will be paying $49+ for all amenities in the area, plus tax. Thatâs a total separate charge! I was not told this when we moved in! Lots of unexpected chargers for sure!! The one year I was there; cops were in the complex multiple times, once for a lady shooting in the air and they caught no one, second when they were chasing someone and even had police dogs In the complex. All in all SAVE YOUR MONEY and rent elsewhere!

Iâve been living here for 7 months now and itâs been a gray experience the girls in the office are amazing very helps and address your issue effectively and quickly all three girl are amazing Destiny always so kind and Jordan always with a smile your the girl 𥰠and Krystal is all of the above
