Hopefully me writing this review will allow management to actually fix these problems. So I've lived here for 12months and the quality has definitely gone down since new management took over. Now, both doors to the dog park are broken. I've mentioned it to the office months before, when one of the doors were messed up but I guess nothing was fixed. Both grills are broken that are by the park. Again, I mentioned to the office that one was broken missing knobs months ago, yet nothing. And now both have issues. Today I told management about the dog park again and the woman told me that she will let maintenance know and that she hadn't known they were broken which I find hard to believe. When old management was here, definitely 5 stars. There wasn't graffiti in the pool area, stains all over the furniture, trash strewn about. Now, since there is a blatant lack of care for the complex it only gets 2 stars. And that's because the rent isnt as outrageous as some of the other places in the area. Doesn't feel like a luxury apartment complex anymore unfortunately. Hopefully they can get it together because I would've loved to give it at least 4 stars.

Iâve been here for 6 months already and let me tell you, the ladies in the office have been amazing! Especially Jordan! She has made everything run smooth and whenever I have a problem she always gets to the bottom of it. The maintenance here are awesome as well! I highly recommend this apartment complex to everyone! Make sure to ask for Jordan if youâre interested in making these apartments your next new home.

The coppers falls staff is extremely nice and will go out of there way to assist you in whatever need you have. Apartment homes are spacious and comfortable. Close to nearby shops and restaurants. The Layouts of the apartments are more spacious than any other place we have seen. Highly recommended to any person wanting to move into this community. Shoutout to Jordan and Krystal for always being there in a professional and friendly manner with a great attitude.
