I have been here about a week. It is very quiet and close to everything. Enjoying the amenities it has to offer so far.

My wife and I moved in a bout a year ago. Weâve Had an overall good experience. Communication with front desk, maintenance and other services are daily accessible. One thing I wish was better was communication on broken things in common areas. This will help residents be aware of what is breaking and how we can care for it communally. Overall, we are confortable here, the cost of rent is in par with market. Also, can we get food truck Thursdayâs back?

I've been here a year and four months. With any place there are ups and downs. The dog park was nice but now constantly has dog poop everywhere. I enjoy the gym and pool. Rhe horn is awesome. Thoufh sometimes it can be dirty. Recently they have had lemonade vendors come out and that was great. Due to these times I wish more vendors came out, but I totally get it. I love how big my place is and how nice the kitchen is. I spend so much time in there. I know the prices were evaluated this year but yoy will find that anywhere you go. I've had good encounters with office management.

Moved in end of December 2021 and have to say u wasnât sold at first but after living here for a little over a month we have settled into the area. Staff is always nice and has an answer to any questions or concerns. The location is great if you want to get on the 101 quick. A little loud and bright for me but nothing that can be done about that. Workout facility could be a little cleaner along with the pool area, the kids around here seem to really throw there trash anywhere.

Me and my beautiful wife n 3 kids love these apartments,from the pool to the gym and theater,staff is super friendly n very helpful,gots to see to believe.

This place seemed so nice! My boyfriend and I were excited to move here. When we arrived for a tour there was no parking. We had to create our own spot which we were afraid to do but the manager said it was ok. Once we walked in she was not friendly or welcoming but it was a weekend so we looked of that. The pool was dirty, and trash everywhere. She said it was because no one was really in the pool since itâs cooler here in AZ right now. We understood and continued the tour. When we got to the model home it was beautiful. So we took the chance in the place and applied that same day (Saturday). Monday came around we didnât hear anything until I called. She said we should know something in two days. Two days later, I called and no one answered. My boyfriend called and they said he should have an email with what we needed by the end of the day. Friday came around nothing. Not a call or email. I followed up again and the said we would have an email by the end of the day. EOD came nothing. A waist of money on an application fee. We decided we werenât going to beg or chase someone to take our money. Went to view another place that was 5 minutes away, a little more expensive, applied and got approved in 24 hours. Safe to say the customer service at copper falls is HORRIBLE!

Hopefully me writing this review will allow management to actually fix these problems. So I've lived here for 12months and the quality has definitely gone down since new management took over. Now, both doors to the dog park are broken. I've mentioned it to the office months before, when one of the doors were messed up but I guess nothing was fixed. Both grills are broken that are by the park. Again, I mentioned to the office that one was broken missing knobs months ago, yet nothing. And now both have issues. Today I told management about the dog park again and the woman told me that she will let maintenance know and that she hadn't known they were broken which I find hard to believe. When old management was here, definitely 5 stars. There wasn't graffiti in the pool area, stains all over the furniture, trash strewn about. Now, since there is a blatant lack of care for the complex it only gets 2 stars. And that's because the rent isnt as outrageous as some of the other places in the area. Doesn't feel like a luxury apartment complex anymore unfortunately. Hopefully they can get it together because I would've loved to give it at least 4 stars.
