By far the worst place Iâve ever rented from, the first month there, my husbands work truck was broken into, no security in sight and the gates are ALWAYS broken! They charge for EVERYTHING, I almost never got an answer from the office; even after being moved out for a couple months now I have yet to receive any deposit back, and itâs literally been going on 4 months. THEY CHARGE FOR EVERY LITTLE THING AS WELL to give you back the least of your deposit. And you will be paying $49+ for all amenities in the area, plus tax. Thatâs a total separate charge! I was not told this when we moved in! Lots of unexpected chargers for sure!! The one year I was there; cops were in the complex multiple times, once for a lady shooting in the air and they caught no one, second when they were chasing someone and even had police dogs In the complex. All in all SAVE YOUR MONEY and rent elsewhere!

First day moving didn’t go too much as planned but crystal at the office was so nice helpful caring and very professional!! First day meeting I think the staff at the office is so welcoming, beside the starring making us feel unwanted by other people here it’s a great place that has it all crystal was patient showing me the property!! Also showed a few friends that are interested in renting here !! It’s a beautiful beautiful place thanks !

What a DUMP ! Stay clear from here at all costs , save yourself the money ( which they are asking TOP DOLLAR for ) and headaches. Been here since February of last year when previous management was running the place and boy has this place gone so far down so fast . I dont know where to even begin...lets start with safety...there is NONE . For a gated "LUXURY" Apartment complex whos gates RARELY EVER WORK ... be ready for unwanted company .Several times you can see people lurking around the property...anyone can just walk in at anytime which probably explains why the Glendale police department are here MINIMUM twice a week , sometimes everyday ! Cars broken into on a regular basis , my neighbor had all 4 of his wheels stolen and vehicle left on cinder blocks only steps from the leasing office , dont believe me...theres pictures on his review posted , my sons car was broken into with money and property stolen right before a road trip...cameras everywhere but leasing office agent can't view until police report is made...Ridiculous...thief could have still been on property..."LUXURY POOL "closed over 60 days out of my 12 months living here and is STILL CLOSED AS I POST THIS...bathrooms by the pool are not maintained and smell terrible...problably all the homeless people coming to take a dump and birdbaths as the doors dont work...i never allow my kids to utilize them as you never know whats on the other side of the door! Gym smells like a sewer with machines that are not maintained...for a "Pet Friendly Community "...Ha...there is only one waste basket for dog poop so becareful where you step as its everywhere...remote control for the one remaining TV in pool area went missing...leasing office decided to punish tenants and took their sweet time replacing it...dials for the gas grills ( which are always filthy ) are missing...Large TV before pool was removed and never replaced...clubhouse...what a joke...only open when leasing office is open , so if you have a job...you will probably never get to set foot in it...there use to be a coffee machine in there...that too was never replaced...the list can go on forever...the amenities bill for common areas gets higher and higher with absolutely no justification...how can the common areas like the pool and grills and what not cost more or the same as in the summer when being utilized...floors are dirty like they dont know what a power washer is...and the RENT...they think its Scottsdale or something....because...get this , and this is their selling point too..."Walmart is walking distance across the street "...a Fu#ing joke...save your money...and if you MUST BE IN THIS EXACT LOCALE...check out Acero at the Stadium which is less than a quarter mile from Coperfalls for less or the same in rent...will NEVER RENT FROM AN AMC PROPERTY AGAIN.

I moved in since December. While moving in there was some things that needed to be fixed. However the office got maintenance over quickly. Love how they have trash vallet and I love the dog park even though some owners do not clean up after their pets. Staff is very friendly. Overall so far good place to live.

Love it here, the apartment is nice and modern! Neighbors are all friendly. We enjoy using the dog park daily. Crystal and Jordan are awesome!

Great customer service. Apartment is beautiful. Kitchen very spacious, lots of cabinets space. Apartment complex clean with a lot of outdoor seating.
