Weâve lived at Copper Falls Apartments for the past three years and have had a great experience. The community has always felt clean and safe, which is very important to us. Kristal has been amazing and incredibly helpful with anything weâve needed. Sheâs always friendly, responsive, and willing to help, which really makes a difference. We truly appreciate the positive environment here and the support from the staff.

I canât believe how amazing this place is! I canât believe they donât have like a five-year waiting list to live here! Everyone that works here is so fantastic. The manager Kristal is absolutely unbelievable. She makes this place and sets such a positive and fun tone for the whole property!

I love living here I had to move immediately and crystal and Samantha stayed late they both went above and beyond for approval they helped me and my family move in and went above and beyond to make sure that the process was amazing simple and easy. The amenities are above and beyond only wish is the ring cameras but im sure we will get those wink wink. If you choose to move here you won't be disappointed from the staff to the apartments you will love living here .

This is an amazing place to live Crystal and Samantha are amazing at what they do. They made move in for me easy simplistic and helpful at every turn I’m so glad I came to copper falls and now get to experience a stress free living environment that’s what we all strive to have.

After getting a last minute unexpected cancellation from another apartment I needed to move immediately. I came across Copper Falls and was attended by Samantha. She was amazing and made everything stress free. Extremely appreciative for her service!
