I lost my key fob to get in to any of the amenities and even though $50 is a lot to pay I was going to pay it, turns out they ran out of key fobs and they wonât be getting them until 2 weeks! Didnât even offer to open the gym for me or anything now I have to wait 2 weeks to either use the pool, get my mail and use the gym. Itâs ridiculous.

This really messed up covering a parking spot with maintenance golf cart and there no space to parking on the property and it not fair for the rest of us theses truck never move and the motorcycle always take there spot and people living here struggle to find parking and just the other day one of the people that live here pulls out of his garage and parks in a empty spot saving it for another person and parking is an issue here

Absolutely loved working with Crystal. She is very detail oriented. When it came to my move in time, she was very transparent of any additional cost and fees that could occur. Love the gym area and it is open 24/7. That is a plus for people like me that have a crazy work schedule.

We had the pleasure to meet Jordan Hall when we came to tour this complex. She was so helpful, she answered all our questions and gave us information on the complex that we hadn't even thought to ask about. Jordan gave us a run-down of great amenities in the surrounding area and why this would be a great place to live.Love the complex, love the staff. Great job Copper Falls!

Super friendly staff. I’ve had trouble with my gate remotes and crystal and Jordan were there to help me fix it without a problem! Im glad I chose to live here.
