Here for a year, didn't get better. Common areas close at 430-5pm. Parking is a joke, they don't have parking for you in front of your apartment. They got ppl walking across the complex for their coved parking and after being told no one can switch I had to talk with another resident my self to switch with them since I saw how we were both walking to the opposite sides of the complex. They were extremely glad to switch. Fees for everything, even $30 a month for my trash to be thrown out, shoot I'd do it myself if it wasn't mandatory. Pool is always closed 75% of the time. Make sure you have everything documented cuz I was told multiple things multiple times then was told something else later. My fiancé would go in there and talk with them, and when I did I was told different info. I'd rather pay two Crows to manage this property. Maintenance crew is so far was good. And Krystal roll back the attitude from time to time.

Iâm reviewing for the simple fact that I have friends and family that visit and they have to park across the street, I find it ridiculous! I hate living at a place where my 90 yr old grandma had to walk across the street just to visit me! Stop charging for your awning parking spots so visitors can park in the rest of the spots!

I took her to pay her rent an to talk the manager who has been horrible rude to my daughter an myself her name crystal!Never move here they are very late on fixing things my daughter door had been hanging for weeks I will never recommend this place to no one NEED NEW MANGERS!!!!

Parking is terrible here. You donât even get ONE covered parking space at the amount that they charge for rent here. Good luck trying to find somewhere to park your car. Youâll be stuck driving in circles until something becomes available. Motorcycles are left in parking spaces and not moved for WEEKS. First night living here my car was broken into. Regret moving here.
