Here for a year, didn't get better. Common areas close at 430-5pm. Parking is a joke, they don't have parking for you in front of your apartment. They got ppl walking across the complex for their coved parking and after being told no one can switch I had to talk with another resident my self to switch with them since I saw how we were both walking to the opposite sides of the complex. They were extremely glad to switch. Fees for everything, even $30 a month for my trash to be thrown out, shoot I'd do it myself if it wasn't mandatory. Pool is always closed 75% of the time. Make sure you have everything documented cuz I was told multiple things multiple times then was told something else later. My fiancé would go in there and talk with them, and when I did I was told different info. I'd rather pay two Crows to manage this property. Maintenance crew is so far was good.
