Our dog was stolen and sold to another tenant, weeks later I find him at the dog park, and as any dog owner would I took MY dog and brought him home. Soon after I had awful property manager KRYSTAL TORRES harassing me through voice mails and a letter on my door that I had stolen someoneâs dog and apartment lawyers would get involved. She claimed that âBenjiâ was an emotional support dog for two years (LOL my dog was only 1 and microchipped) I called 911 immediately and got it resolved, however never received an apology for being accused of stealing a dog and threatened to get kicked out. She is awful and I am convinced she hates her job. Donât be fooled by the nice reviews, specifically that mention her name since last month they offered a âgiftâ in exchange for positive reviews. I complained numerous times about my neighbors and she never made any kind of note or notified my upstairs neighbors of the disturbance that goes on until 2am. I went in and talked to the nice blonde girl who made my neighbors aware and since then have being very quiet (if Krystal wouldâve done this back in August when my complaints started I wouldnât have been pushed to move out early due to disturbance). But I guess I shouldnât be surprised when they rent out one bedrooms apartments to families of 6. My heater never worked, and they didnât respond to my maintenance ticket until 3 weeks later. Warning they enter without notice, which is breach of contract. There is never parking and youâll have to pay for a reserved parking. Worst apartments Iâve ever lived at.

As the CEO of AP FIT WORLD and as a Business Man I do not recommend this apartments at all. There is always loud music up to 4:00am, people drinking around, drunk drivers around parking lot, the Staff are scammers as well, and do not negotiate with their good tenants.

Absolutely love this apartment complex! So clean and inviting. The clubhouse is amazing! The amount of space that it provides, a full kitchen, multiple sitting areas, a billiard table, and a huge media room!! I recently hosted a dinner get together with friends and everyone was raving about the beautiful and awesome clubhouse!!

Been here for a few months very clean and feel safe here. But I keep getting complaints that arguing is going on in my apartment lol I have teens but they don’t argue and I myself can hear loud noises after midnight sometimes I never hear arguing. My first day in the apartment I was awaken by a cop, asking me if I hear anyone screaming and today I got a notice on my door I really appreciate the management trying to make the place peaceful. I myself want to know what’s really going on other than that I love it here.

Been in my apartment 9 months very nice but from the first day I moved here the cops came to my apartment thinking someone was fighting me and my kids were clueless cause we were laying down. They asked me if I heard someone screaming I did not. But today is 1-05-24 I had a notice on my door saying someone has been arguing and fighting I went to office knowing they're just doing their job but they got the wrong person. I'm hearing the same things like someone is wrestling and knocking things over at night even am hour while it's dark. Whatever is going on hopefully it ends cause this is crazy. Other than that the apartments are great. Have to record and call the cops if I hear it again might be someone really needing help

Let me start off by saying this, I'm young. I don't care to do reviews because I'm not a big complainer or a Karen but this place 100% deserves my brutally honest review about the property itself as well as the employees. As far as the property itself goes, the inside of the apartments are the only nice thing going for this place. The outside was ALWAYS DISGUSTING AND DIRTY with trash EVERYWHERE. Don't even get me started on how loud the common areas are. I understand that they're there for a reason and I'm not one to ruin a good time but when you have 20+ people BLARING music every damn night at midnight it starts to get annoying very very quickly. The front office NEVER did a single thing about this, all they did was send out emails that did the equivalent of a toddler throwing a tantrum, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Don't even get me started on the parking situation here. In the 2 years I lived here, I had to park across the street in the Walmart parking lot TWENTY EIGHT times because people kept parking in my reserved parking spot. The front office never did ANYTHING about this for anyone because I knew other residents complained about this and if you read more reviews you'll see them too. They're apparently "partnered" with a towing company to take care of things like this but when you call they say they CAN'T DO A SINGLE THING BECAUSE THE FRONT OFFICE HAS TOWS SUSPENDED AND ONLY THEY CAN CALL. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A TOWING SERVICE IF THE RESIDENTS CAN'T USE IT?!?! MY CAR WAS TOWED FROM HERE FOR PARKING IN AN OPEN UNCOVERED PARKING SPOT FOR A SINGLE NIGHT BUT SOMEONE WHO PARKED IN MY SPOT FOR 3 STRAIGHT DAYS JUST GETS A WARNING SLAPPED ON THEIR WINDOW. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I had to pay $160 to get my car back because they decided to tow my car instead of the person in MY SPOT. This situation brings me to my thoughts on the front office employees. Let me say this, Jordan was awesome. She was the only one who seemed concerned and actually assisted with any problems and for that I was very appreciative. Now Krystal on the other hand is as helpful as a box of rocks. My thumb could do more work and be more helpful than she EVER was. She is extremely rude, rushes people off, and just flat out probably hates her job. She was nice for the first month I was there and then just went downhill from there so DON'T BELIEVE ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS ABOUT HER SHE WAS AWFUL. Anytime I brought a problem to her she gave me the most meaningless answers and terrible attitude every time. If you ever have the pleasure to go down to this so called "leasing office" and see her, you're 100% better off waiting for Jordan because like I said she was AMAZING. For the OUTRAGEOUS price this "luxury" property is priced at, I would look at literally any other options. You're better off being homeless than renting here. When I moved in this property was new with no reviews. If I would've known that this is how TERRIBLY RAN AND KEPT this place was, I would've NEVER EVER lived here. Did I mention how bad Krystal was? I hope if you made it this far that you seriously take into consideration how BRUTALLY HONEST this was and take your money and family somewhere else because this place is just so so bad. EDIT AGAIN - Still live anywhere else I have friends that live here still for whatever reason and Krystal still sucks horribly at her job and the parking is still atrocious. Living under the 101 in the middle of summer is probably better than this place.
