I’ve moved here a year and the manager put a letter on my door today saying that my kids were knocking on neighbors windows and we have to get out in 10 days when both of my kids are teenagers and have jobs and one of them have a child to attend to. One of my daughters told me that they saw little kids running around here knocking on doors and windows and running and the manager blamed my 16 or 18 year old daughters for it and is kicking us out for something we didn’t do and I don’t know why. DO NOT MOVE HERE office people are very rude (KYRSTAL TORES) expect Jordan she is a wonderful person

Car broken into for the second time, was told " that's why you pay for insurance" by the manager. Don't move here, -whatever price they quote you add like 500 after fees that will be a nice surprise your first months rent - stairs broken for 2 years without repair but don't worry maintenance is making sure patios are clutter free so obviously that can wait, I mean who else is going to fine you? - kids park always smells like dog poop because the dog park next door is so unkept -trash overflows regularly -druggies walked through complex Regularly so don't think the walls around your apartment mean anything but don't worry ghost security is patrolling. You never see them but I am assured that they are there -gym is at 50% working capacity at anytime so don't be impressed by that - pool gets really gross, even for an apartment -trash valet never shows -won't be renewing

Exorbitant Charges and Unfulfilled Promises at copper falls Review: I've had a significantly distressing experience with copper falls, primarily managed by AMC. Beyond the typical challenges of apartment living, this complex takes it to another level with their billing practices. They charge an absurd amount for the most arbitrary things, making the cost of living here unexpectedly high. Adding insult to injury, AMC, the property management company, is currently embroiled in a lawsuit over allegations of artificially inflating rent prices and engaging in theft from tenants. This legal trouble should have been a red flag about the ethical practices of the management, but unfortunately, it was something I discovered too late. My personal ordeal began right when I moved in during mid-July, at the peak of Arizona's brutal summer, with temperatures soaring to 120 degrees. My apartment's AC was broken, a critical issue in such extreme heat. Despite numerous reports and requests for urgent repair, the issue persisted for two excruciating months. During this period, I had to pay an additional $20 a day on electricity to run auxiliary cooling units, which amounted to an outrageous $1,200 out of pocket. The management's response was initially promising – they acknowledged the inconvenience and agreed to reimburse me for the additional expenses incurred due to their failure to provide a habitable living condition. However, this promise turned out to be empty. After multiple attempts to follow up and secure the reimbursement, I was met with nothing but delays and eventual silence. My requests were ignored, and the financial burden they agreed to lift remained squarely on my shoulders. Living here has been a lesson in frustration, from the deceitful billing practices to the absolute disregard for tenant welfare and comfort. I strongly advise prospective tenants to consider these issues seriously before deciding to move in. The lack of accountability and transparency from the management, coupled with their unethical billing practices, makes amc a place to approach with caution, if at all. UPDATE: Been over a year they promised they’d pay me back for the 1,200$ I had to pay because of their lack of service.. They did a full run around never got it…
